Total Solar Eclipse
Join us for lunch on the patio at noon, then a total solar eclipse viewing. The total solar eclipse will last for about 3 minutes, where the Moon will entirely block the light of the Sun. This will cause dusk in the middle of the afternoon. Stars and planets will be visible; there has not been a solar eclipse since 1979. In the Peoria area, the sun will be 90% eclipsed. The sun will be eclipsed from 1:20pm – 1:23pm.
We hope for a clear day so we can enjoy this phenomenon.
